- Care Assistants
Our care assistants provide essential daily support, including personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship to our clients. No experience is required, but a caring attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Virtual/Remote Care Givers
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and tech-savvy Virtual/Remote Caregiver to provide non-medical support and companionship to clients from the comfort of your own home. This position involves regular video and phone check-ins, medication reminders, emotional support, appointment coordination, and light assistance with daily routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship through regular video/phone calls and messages
- Offer emotional support and encouragement to clients
- Assist with medication reminders and daily routines
- Help schedule and manage appointments and transportation (via online platforms)
- Coordinate meal planning, grocery delivery, or light health monitoring
- Communicate with family members and care teams as needed
- Document interactions and provide regular updates
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a caregiver, CNA, or in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using video conferencing, mobile apps, and online scheduling tools
- Reliable internet connection and quiet, private workspace
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support others
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus (e.g., CPR, CNA)
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with elderly care, individuals with disabilities, or chronic conditions
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms or virtual care environments

- Registered Nurses (RNs)
As part of our nursing team, RNs assess client health, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide guidance to clients and their families. This role requires a current nursing license and experience in geriatric care is a plus. - Home Health Aides (HHAs)
Our HHAs work one-on-one with clients in their homes, offering personalized care and support. This includes meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance with daily activities to help clients live comfortably at home.
- Occupational Therapists
Our occupational therapists help clients maintain independence by developing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and daily living skills. Experience in working with older adults is preferred. - Social Workers
Social workers at Old Age Care Group provide counseling, support, and resources to clients and their families. A degree in social work and a background in elder care are desired for this role. - Activities Coordinators
Our activities coordinators plan and organize engaging activities that promote social interaction and physical and mental wellness for our clients. Creativity, patience, and a love for working with older adults are essential. - Administrative Support Staff
These team members handle scheduling, client inquiries, and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Strong organizational skills and a background in healthcare administration are ideal.
