Career Opportunities

Here are some roles we’re actively seeking to fill:

  • Care Assistants
    Our care assistants provide essential daily support, including personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship to our clients. No experience is required, but a caring attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Registered Nurses (RNs)
    As part of our nursing team, RNs assess client health, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide guidance to clients and their families. This role requires a current nursing license and experience in geriatric care is a plus.
  • Home Health Aides (HHAs)
    Our HHAs work one-on-one with clients in their homes, offering personalized care and support. This includes meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance with daily activities to help clients live comfortably at home.
  • Occupational Therapists
    Our occupational therapists help clients maintain independence by developing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and daily living skills. Experience in working with older adults is preferred.
  • Social Workers
    Social workers at Old Age Care Group provide counseling, support, and resources to clients and their families. A degree in social work and a background in elder care are desired for this role.
  • Activities Coordinators
    Our activities coordinators plan and organize engaging activities that promote social interaction and physical and mental wellness for our clients. Creativity, patience, and a love for working with older adults are essential.
  • Administrative Support Staff
    These team members handle scheduling, client inquiries, and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Strong organizational skills and a background in healthcare administration are ideal.
